What can I find on the whizz Kids Hub?

The Whizz Kidz information hub has several sections ,including Wheelchair Skills, Everyday Life, Your Rights and the Knowledge Base.

Who has written the content?

The content here has been created by the Whizz Kidz team with the support of professional copywriters and content producers. All information here has been independently checked by the Whizz Kidz team.

Why did you create the Whizz Kidz hub?

Whizz Kidz is one of the UK’s leading charities working with young wheelchair users. We recognised that there was a gap for a comprehensive resource that contains information on life as a wheelchair user, so we created one!

How should I use the site?

It’s entirely up to you! You can use the Wheelchair Skills guides to help you improve your skills. Or read about the experiences of other young people in the Everyday Life section. If you want information on your rights then check out the appropriately named Everyday Life section.

Can you guarantee all the information on the site is accurate and up-to-date?

No. While we try to keep the Information Hub as up-to-date as possible, things can change quickly and we may not be able to respond immediately.
